If you sell, distribute, or offer or handle for sale agricultural, vegetable, or flower seed or other propagating stock of one pound or more in weight in the state of Louisiana, you are required to register as a seed dealer.
The cost is $150/year renewable annually on July 1.
Complete the seed dealer application and mail it in, with the correct fee.
License fee may be paid by checks (no cash accepted) or online through the USAPlants website .
