Notice-Second Legislative Report – Seed Regulations (LAC 7:XIII.121, 123, 519, 749 and 763)

This is the second legislative report required by La. R.S. 49:968(D)(1)(b) for rules proposed by the Department of Agriculture and Forestry.  A Notice of Intent to amend LAC 7:XIII.121, 123, 519, 749 and 763 was published in the Louisiana Register at LR 41:11, pages 2388-2391 (November 20, 2015).  No oral or written comments or submissions were received by the Department.  There were no requests for a hearing pursuant to R.S. 49:953(A)(2)(a).
