Second Legislative Report – Horticulture: LAC 7:XXIX.117

The second legislative report required by La. R.S. 49:968(D)(1)(b) for rules proposed by the Department of Agriculture and Forestry.  A Notice of Intent to amend LAC 7:XXIX.117 was published in the Louisiana Register at LR 42:1135-1140 (July 20, 2016).  No oral or written comments or submissions were received by the Department.  There were no requests for a hearing pursuant to R.S. 49:953(A)(2)(a).
