Public Notice Giant Salvinia Rules

Louisiana Department of Agriculture and Forestry filed a Final Rule with the State Register giving public notice that the Department amended rules in LAC 7:XXIII.1103. This amendment repeals the herbicide application permitting program for the Sabine River Authority as it pertains to Giant Salvinia on and around the Toledo Bend Reservoir and repeals the herbicide application permitting program as it pertains to Giant Salvinia on and around the waters of Lake Bistineau. The final rule will be published on December 20, 2021 in the State Register.
