NOTICE – Second Legislative Report – Horticulture Exam Fees

Pursuant to R.S. 49:968(D)(1)(b)

September 8, 2015

LDAF has filed the Second Legislative Report required by R.S. 49:968(D)(1)(b) with the appropriate standing committees.  No oral or written comments were received regarding the proposed rules and there were no requests for a hearing pursuant to R.S. 49:953(A)(2)(a).  The Department will proceed with finalizing the above referenced rules.
