R.S. 49:968 regarding the proposed rules amending LAC 7:XXIX.113,115, and 117  relative to the Examination, Administration, and Sod Quality and Classification form of the Louisiana Horticulture Commission. No oral or written comments or submissions were received by the Department. There were no requests for a hearing pursuant to La. R.S. 49:953(A)(2)(a).
