The Louisiana Department of Agriculture and Forestry has filed its second report as required by La. R.S. 49:968 regarding the proposed rules amending LAC 7: XV.301, 303, and 321 relative to the Boll Weevil Maintenance Inspection Fee. No oral or written comments or submissions were received by the Department. There were no requests for a hearing pursuant to La. R.S. 49:953(A)(2)(a).
