The Louisiana Department of Agriculture and Forestry has filed its second report as required by La. R.S. 49:968 regarding the proposed amendment to LAC 7:XV.171 relative to the Guava Root Knot Nematode Quarantine. No oral or written comments or submissions were received by the Department. There were no requests for a hearing pursuant to La. R.S. 49:953(A)(2)(a).
