R.S. 49:968(D)(1)(b) regarding proposed changes to rules and regulations of the Commissioner of Agriculture & Forestry, particularly LAC 7:XIII.121, 719 and 767, has been delivered to the respective legislative oversight committees in accordance with R.S. 49:968(B).  No public comments or requests for a public hearing were received.
