NOTICE – Notice of Intent Filed with State Register

Amendments to LAC 7:XXXV.109, 127, 301, 321, 327 and 347

LDAF has filed a notice of intent with the State Register giving public notice that pursuant to R.S. 3:17(F), LDAF through the Office of Agro-Consumer Services, Division of Weights and Measures, intends to amend LAC 7:XXXV.109, 127, 301, 321, 327 and 347.  Interested persons may submit written comments, data, opinions and arguments regarding the proposed Rule.  Written submissions must be directed to Dr. Steve Sessums, Director of the Division of Weights and Measures, Department of Agriculture & Forestry, Agro-Consumer Services, 5825 Florida Blvd., Suite 5000, Baton Rouge, LA 70806 and must be received no later than 4:00 p.m. on the 4th day of September 2015.
