NOTICE – Notice of Intent Filed with State Register

LAC 7:XXXIX.101, 105, 107, 301, 501, 701, 1001, 1307 and 1321

LDAF has filed a notice of intent with the State Register giving public notice that pursuant to R.S. 3:17(F), LDAF, through the Office of Forestry, intends to amend LAC 7:XXIX.101, 105, 107, 301, 501, 701, 1001, 1307 and 1321.  Interested persons may submit written comments, data, opinions and arguments regarding the proposed Rule.  Written submissions must be directed to Wade Dubea, State Forester, Department of Agriculture & Forestry, 5825 Florida Blvd., Suite 6000, Baton Rouge, LA 70806 and must be received no later than 4:00 p.m. on the 4th day of September 2015.
