The Department of Agriculture and Forestry has filed an Act of Adoption to finalize the above-referenced rule in the January 2020 edition of the Louisiana Register. The notice of intent to take the proposed action was previously published in the Louisiana Register at LR 45:6 (pages 769-771)(June 20, 2019).  The Final Rule was published on January 20, 2020 in the Louisiana Register.
