This is the second legislative report required by La. R.S. 49:968(D)(1)(b) for rules proposed by the Department of Agriculture and Forestry.  A Notice of Intent to amend and adopt the above cited regulations was published in the Louisiana Register at LR 43:982-985 (May 20, 2017). No oral or written comments or submissions were received by the Department.  There were no requests for a hearing pursuant to R.S. 49:953(A)(2)(a).
