NOTICE – Emergency Rule Filed with State Register

Louisiana Farm Recovery Grant Program (LAC 7:III.101, 501-509)

In accordance with the emergency provisions of the Administrative Procedure Act, R.S. 49:953(B), and and under the authority of R.S. 3:266, the Louisiana Agricultural Finance Authority, and in order to avoid a lapse in coverage until a permanent rule is in effect, notice is hereby given that Department of Agriculture and Forestry, through the Louisiana Agricultural Finance Authority, has filed an emergency rule with the State Register establishing rules regarding the 2016 Louisiana Farm Recovery Grant Program.
