Adoption of Regulations – Pesticides/Examinations, Certifications, Licensing and Fees

The Department of Agriculture and Forestry intends to finalize the proposed amendment to LAC 7:XXIII.701 and 901 in the April 2021 edition of the Louisiana Register. This notice of intent to take the proposed action was published in the Louisiana Register at 46:12, Pages 1696-1697 (December 20, 2020).
