NOTICE – Adoption of Regulations: LAC 7.XIII.1301-1343 (Industrial Hemp Regulations)

The Department of Agriculture and Forestry intends to finalize the proposed rules, LAC 7:XIII.1301-1343 (Industrial Hemp Regulations), in the February 2020 edition of the Louisiana Register. This notice of intent to take the proposed action was published in the Louisiana Register at 45:10, Pages 1479-1487 (October 20, 2019). A Potpourri Notice of substantive changes was published in the Louisiana Register at 45:11, Pages 1686-1690 (November 20, 2019).
