The Louisiana Department of Agriculture has filed the second report as required by La. R.S. 49:968 regarding the proposed rules amending LAC 7:III.101, 501-509.  No oral or written comments or submissions were received by the Department.  There were no requests for a hearing pursuant to R.S. 49:953(A)(2)(a).
