The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s (USDA’s) Farm Service Agency (FSA) is now accepting applications for the Emergency Conservation Program (ECP) and Emergency Forest Restoration Program (EFRP) to address damages from Hurricane Laura until Feb. 8, 2021.
