Final Rule – Emerald Ash Borer

The Department of Agriculture and Forestry will finalize the amendments to LAC 7:XV.167 (Emerald Ash Borer Quarantine) in the February edition of the Louisiana Register.  The notice of intent to take the proposed action was published in the Louisiana Register at 42:1963-1964 (November 20, 2016).
