Emergency Rule – LAC 7:XLIX.101, 501, 525, 701, 907, 1101, 1505, 1701, 1711, 2501, 2901 and 2903 (Medical Marijuana – Revisions)

The Department of Agriculture and Forestry is submitting the attached Emergency Rule to the Louisiana Register.  The emergency rule renews the previously-submitted ER at LAC 7:XLIX.101, 501, 525, 701, 907, 1101, 1505, 1701, 1711, 2501, 2901,and 2903, which amended various regulations for the medical marijuana program.
