Emergency Rule Filed with State Register: Structural Pest Control Commission (LAC 7:XXV.113, 117)

LDAF has filed an emergency rule with the State Register giving public notice that in accordance with the emergency provisions of the Administrative Procedure Act, R.S. 49:953(B), the Structural Pest Control Commission is renewing an emergency regulation amending LAC 7:XXV.113 and 117 addressing proficiency testing in 2017.
