Adoption of Regulations – Forestry/Electronic Transfer-Driver Cards

The Department of Agriculture and Forestry intends to finalize the proposed amendment to LAC 7:XXXIX.1503 in the May 2021 edition of the Louisiana Register. This notice of intent to take the proposed action was published in the Louisiana Register at 47:2, pages 276-277 (February 21, 2021) and republished at LR 47:3, pages 375-376 (March 20,2021).
