2nd Report–No Public Comments–Mass Flow Meters (LAC 7:XXXV.125, 127)

Second legislative report required by La. R.S. 49:968(D)(1)(b) for rules proposed by the Department of Agriculture and Forestry.  A Notice of Intent to amend LAC 7:XXXV.125 and 127was published in the Louisiana Register at LR 42:1140-1142 (July 20, 2016).  No oral or written comments or submissions were received by the Department.  There were no requests for a hearing pursuant to R.S. 49:953(A)(2)(a).
