Testers must receive prior approval by the Structural Pest Control Commission in order to test.

You must notify the department in writing of your intent to test and which date (August 4 or 5) you prefer. Tests will be scheduled on a first-come-first serve basis. Please email spc@ldaf.state.la.us to reserve a testing spot and include which phases you will test in. 

$50/phase exam fee (cash or check) – Please arrive by 8:30 to pay fees and complete registration paperwork.
