Circle M Farms/Southern Maids Dairy
In this episode of CRAWFISH TALES, we visit with Nathan & Erin Miller at Certified Louisiana company Circle M Farms, LA, LLC. Southern Maids Dairy in Franklinton, Louisiana. Their purebred Nubian dairy goat herd (Southern Maids) began with only a few goats Nathan purchased as a present to his wife for their 10th wedding anniversary. Landry Vineyards
In this next episode of CRAWFISH TALES, we head to Ouachita Parish to attend Landry Vineyards annual Grape Stomp. Jeff & Libby Landry were one of the first families to join the Louisiana Department of Agriculture and Forestry‘s Certified Louisiana program. This year they were able to celebrate a great harvest, including 14 tons of Noble Muscadines which are used to make their Redneck Red Muscadine wine.
