Crawfish Tales – Chipotle Blackened Catfish Tacos with Cabbage Slaw
First, make your Cabbage Slaw.

Ingredient list:
½ head Green cabbage, thinly sliced
2 Limes, juice
¼ CUP Chopped cilantro
¼ CUP Chopped red onion
¼ CUP Chopped tomatoes
1-2 TBSP Minced jalapenos
Kosher salt
Steps for making product:
In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and set aside.
Finally, let’s blacken our catfish, build our tacos, and enjoy!

Ingredient list:
2 LBS Louisiana catfish filets, shrimp into 2-3 oz
¼ CUP Chipotle puree
Kosher salt, to taste
3 TBSP Olive oil
6-8 Flour tortillas
***Cilantro Crema***
1 CUP Sour cream
2 TBSP Fresh lime juice
1 TBSP Chopped cilantro
1 TSP Kosher salt
Steps for making product:
Season fish with salt & chipotle puree. Heat pan, add oil. Sear on one side & flip to the other side until cooked through. Place flour tortilla over open flame or heat in the microwave. Assemble by placing cabbage slaw, fish, & cream in a warm tortilla & serve.
