The LDAF Publications program features a wide selection of directories, brochures, recipes, cookbooks, posters and other printed materials to create demand for and use of Louisiana products.

Here you'll find Louisiana farm-raised catfish and crawfish cookbooks, as well as an annual departmental cookbook featuring use of a wide variety of Louisiana food.

There are colorful brochures, recipe leaflets and posters for blueberries, catfish, crawfish, dairy products, strawberries, sweet potatoes and other products on a periodic basis. In addition, the division develops and produces generic point of sale material encouraging retail shoppers to "Buy Louisiana." This point of sale material is used primarily in Louisiana as a component of the Division’s Road Show Program.

Farmers and other producers may advertise their goods and services free of charge in the classified ads section of the Louisiana Market Bulletin. You may also read feature length articles about the latest trends in Louisiana agriculture, marketing, science and human interests in the Bulletin. A two-year subscription costs $10 but can be accessed free of charge via the Internet.

Recipes from the Louisiana Market Bulletin's Lagniappe Cookery are also posted online in an easy to read .pdf file format.

Groups may also post their upcoming events in the Coming Your Way Section of the Louisiana Market Bulletin.

Color publications were scanned 3 bit color, 16 bit gray and/or black & white to reduce file size and facilitate download time.
